This big guy resides in tank 6, which is a 75 gallon. That is the crayfish house. He is a Red Swamp crayfish, P Clarkii Red, from Louisiana. So far he is the only occupant, as more will be added. (They are patiently waiting in their respective tanks and compartments, which I will post soon. It almost looks like high end real estate, as AG carefully constructed condo looking dwellings for the juveniles.)
He’s a bit too big to breed with anyone right now, reaching at 7 inches, having recently molted. We don’t have too many plants, as crayfish snip and eat them, but there are some pieces of java moss.
